Gracious Word: Dormiveglia

6/1/2014

Dormiveglia
Word every Gracious Individual should know: Dormiveglia

Definition: Dormiveglia (pronounced: "dor-mE-‘vel-ya); Italian; noun
1. The space that stretches between sleeping and waking.

Why I love this word:
Dreams. This word describes the state of being half awake or half asleep. I have always had strong thoughts about dreams, I think that are letters or messages from God. So pay attention to them. In the morning my brothers and I would shake our pillow violently, hoping all the dreams we lost that night would tumble out.
