Gracious Word: Facetious

1/12/2014

Facetious
Word every Gracious Individual should know: Facetious

Definition: Facetious; (Pronounced: fuh-see-shuhs) Latin; adj
1. Characterized by levity of attitude and love of joking.

Why I love this word:
A facetious person is humorous, amusing and can even be inappropriate at times. They're witty, sassy and will say what's on their mind but in the most light-hearted way. They treat serious issues with humor, making light of any situation, bringing happiness to you no matter how you are feeling. A facetious person is a great to have in your life because they will only lift your spirits higher and make you feel better about anything. Don't take life so seriously all the time. Crack a joke and allow your life to be filled with happiness.
