Gracious Word: Squib

1/28/2014

Squib
Word every Gracious Individual should know: Squib

Definition: Squib; (Pronounced: skwib); English; noun
1. A short and witty or sarcastic saying or writing.
2. Journalism. a short news story, often used as a filler.

Why I love this word:
Squibs are fun and easy to read. However, I don't write too many squibs on this blog. As you may have noticed, my articles are long, sit down articles. I just have a lot to say..and I hope you like what I say, though the article may take some precious reading time.
