Gracious Word: Soigné

4/4/2014

Soigné
Word every Gracious Individual should know: Soigné

Definition: S
oigné (pronounced: swahn-yey); French; adjective
1. Possessing an aura of sophistication in dress, manner, or design; presented or prepared with an elegance attained through care for the finer details.

Why I love this word:
I think the definition says it all as to why I love this word. Every Gracious Individual should be endowed with an aura of elegance, finesse, svoir faire and worldliness. Present the best version of you to the world. It's so unfortunate that there are many young women who are willingly so unintelligent and un-ladylike. Be different, please contribute to society positively and be a role model to others. Give hope to the world that this generation is capable of great things--and being able to do them with class.
